Employee value proposition and organizational goals.

Employee is one of the key characters in a business organization which preferably can be identified as the most important part of the business and the most sensitive unit where the efforts to be undertaken to keep the unit live and active in any given time.EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION (EVP) is simply can be identified as a concept to keep organizational employees happy and valued while performing their duties to the particular organization.
Concept of EVP discussed as a tool can creating a balance between performance of employee and job satisfaction of employee (Prathiba Goswami,2020).
It is very important to understand that a happy employee is always a assert for a organization in order to achieve the goals in a healthy as well as in a ethical manner by satisfying or looking after the employees while getting them to perform the task required in the same time.
As per the Christoper Arasanmi and Aiswarya Krishna(2020), the relationship between citizenship behaviors and EVP playing a significant role in the matter of achieving organizational commitments.
Global practices of the concept in world famous organizations such as Google,Unilever,Cherron,&pizza etc.. are in implementation by providing their employees from gaming centers to organic gardens,benefits to improve their health and well being by free food and free physicians,travel facilities,attractive payment methods,impressive leave schedules,interestingly some of the organizations allow their employees to report to work with their pets as well while companies like Google encourage employees to spend 20% from their working time in pursuing innovative ideas about which they are passionate about.
considering why these companies so attractive among job seekers or talent providers and how they benefited and managed to remain in top rankings in the world, there is no secrets but the concept what this discussion being done emerge in top from the main few causes identified for the success of a organization. so without a argument simple justification can be made on why top level organizations identified and implementing EVP in their working culture.
When the concept applying to the local or our own organizations which comes under middle or small scale level compared to multi national companies might not be affordable to offer much with economy level and general consideration in Sri lanka as a developing country but have shown some good moves in past few years with few examples in Tea industry in Sri lanka.
a). uplifting living condition of our own work force by many activities with support from NGO's and local government.
b). enormous supports has given to improve education of children in estate community from preschool to university level and some of them given employments in estate staff category.
c). popularized recommended good moves to change the mind set of workers from old era to feel they are recognized and looked after while getting them to earn more.
d). various kind of new HR practices.
"the best human care practices and knowledge management practices are factors that determine the workers productivity of tea estate workers"
productivity enhancing sustainable human care and knowledge management practices in Sri lanka Tea industry(Gamage,2020)
As per the above research it is clear why Tea industry should undertake such a activities in a practical manner and the benefits and the positive outcomes as the improvements of worker productivity and their living conditions.
Conclusion.
When it comes to organizational EVP no matter what or where is the industry is, practices discussed definitely have shown assumed benefits of employees and organizational level has achieved in a successful and sustainable manner.

When employees are happy about their working place, defenetely they give a better outcome. That will allow the company to reach their vision and mission.
