In any kind of a organization or business unit in the world, it is very much needed to have a satisfied workforce in order to go for the expectations in an easy and smoother manner rather than having any complicated situations.

The Autonomous workgroup is a kind of a method using in globally to have set of people with positively influenced and satisfied to achieve the expectations and arrangement of work will be offered and designed also different because organizing work basically done in view of teams under this.

In the method of Autonomous workgroup, individual jobs should provide,

The concept of an Autonomous workgroup does not depend on any specific technology and can be applied in all work stations, so that the value of it automatically improves compared to other tools identified in a similar manner (Henderson, 2017).

As per Cordery et al. (1991), Autonomous work groups impact positively on members' attitudes.

By the same level method of the autonomous workgroup also significant impact have shown in respect of organizational goals through the satisfied work force.

  1. This is a good practice since small teams put their effort in driving their goals aligning with organizational goals and try to improve the current level through effective decision making.
Concepts like Quality circles can be used to encourage teams to voluntarily attend for process improvements within the team.

  5. In my opinion, autonomous work groups are very much needed by organizations today and they can increase the productivity of the service they provide. To put it another way, a team needs several people and they have different ideas. It creates diversity in the workforce of the group and allows them to look at different issues from different angles and make decisions. Eventually autonomous groups can expect effective action as well.
